Sparring Workshop with Mr. Bryan Lin will be held on February 27th from 2 -5 pm at South Arm Community Centre. For Blue Belts and above who want to sharpen your sparring skills and tactics, please reserve your space with your instructor. Registration deadline is February 20th. Space is limited. First come first serve.
Dr. Lau's Wellness Presentation for Athletes will be held on February 27th from 1:15 -2 pm at South Arm Community Centre. All students and parents are welcome to join. please reserve your space with your instructor. Space is limited. First come first serve.
